Follow the methods below and check if it works.
Method 1: Check for Windows updates (both
Important and Optional) install them. Install software from the printer
manufacturer. If your printer came with a disc, that disc might contain
software that installs a driver for the printer.
A troubleshooter is an automated tool that can find and
automatically fix some problems with your PC. The printing
troubleshooter can fix problems with installing and connecting to a
printer.
Go to Control Panel. On the search, type troubleshooting. Select
Troubleshooting. Then select Hardware and Sound. Select
Printer, to troubleshoot issues with the printer.
Method 2: Start the Print Spooler service at command prompt
1. On the charms bar, Select search, type cmd, and then left click on Command prompt, Select run as administrator.
2. Type the following commands at the command prompt. Press ENTER after each command line.
net stop
spooler
net start spooler
exit

Method 3: Install the latest drivers for printer
from the manufacturer's website in compatible with Windows 10 Technical
preview. Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode
and check if that helps.
a. Download the printer driver from the manufacturer’s website.
b. Right-click on the driver setup file and click on ‘properties’.
c. Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8/8.1 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.
